POLICIES

Payment:  We accept cash, local checks, our Gift Card, Visa, Master Card, or Discover. 
Our Gift Cards are $5 each card. 
Purchases:  You may “pop” into  our shop or place a phone order using Visa, Master Card, or Discover. 

All purchases are final. 

 Our prices are subject to change.  Our prices are based in bag size, tin size, flavor, and how many  flavors you chose. 

 Large or Special Orders: To preserve the quality and freshness of our products, we work with small batches. 
All Large or Special requests must be made 3 days in advance.  
For large parties or functions such as weddings etc.,  please contact us  for more information.

 All of our products are prepared in the Downtown Popcorn Kitchen. 

 Some flavors are made with chocolate or bark.  These are sold only in small amounts.
We do not fill our larger tins with chocolate flavors. 

 Holiday Orders: During our busy holiday  seasons, you can place your prepaid orders in advance,  let us know when you wish to pick up your order, and we will have it ready for you.  This is also helpful to us to ensure that we can meet your holiday wishes. 

 Food Allergies:  Nuts and Blueberry flavoring are used in some of our products. 
We cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.  

 Caramel Apples:  We make caramel apples only during the fall – Mid September to the end of October. 

 Seasonal Shop:  We are a seasonal shop.  Heat and humidity are not friendly to the special flavors we make.  With this said, we close each year at the end of May and reopen around Labor Day.

 We may also close during inclement weather and unexpected circumstances. 

 Donation Requests:  We apologize, however, due to the high volume of charitable donation requests we receive, it is not feasible for us to participate in every fundraiser or sponsorship opportunity. 

Recommendation for Popcorn Freshness:
Do not expose to adverse conditions such as heat and humidity.
Do not refrigerate, freeze, reheat, or microwave.
Once opened, please keep in an airtight container.
